Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Product descriptions are as accurate as possible, but we do not guarantee that colors or images on your screen perfectly match the physical product.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns

Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

Limitation of Liability

Shortkin Ventures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or site. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
